with red coleslaw

Clear the ribs off the bone.  Mix honey, lemon, chili and grated ginger.  Mix yogurt with red cabbage and caraway.  Upload a dollop of coleslaw breaking bread, top with ribs and drizzle with honey glaze, garnish with a bit like thyme.

1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 pinch dried elle 
1 / 2 cup yoghurt 
1 cup pickled red cabbage 
1 teaspoon ground cumin
