Gubbröra is a traditional Swedish topping for crispbread.

Instructions

Mix egg with anchovies, dill and chives. Carefully invert the crème fraiche in the end, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add a dollop of breaking bread, garnish with a dollop of red roe and possibly a little salad.
